I am Christine Menzel, founder of Natur Gold Farms Kft.
Since my youth, I have been fascinated by grain, breadmaking and the question of how valuable raw material can be turned into truly special products with high added value.
Over the past more than 25 years, I have built up my knowledge around ancient grains: from contract farming to storage, cleaning and dehulling, all the way to high-quality flours, ferments and the production of our self-developed baking mixes.
For me, einkorn, emmer and spelt are not just raw materials. They are grains with special value, distinctive flavour and real future potential. That is why I work with them today with the same enthusiasm as when we first started.
